Delivery Information

We offer delivery to anywhere in South Africa. Once we have received your order and your payment, it will be processed and we will then send you an email advising when goods are dispatched. Your products will be delivered within four working days after your order has been placed and your delivery will be made between 08h00 and 17h00. We’ll also include a tracking number so that you are constantly aware of your orders progress.


Depending on the address you provide as your delivery address, we will either make use of a door to door courier or the SA postal service. In both instances you will receive a tracking number for your goods.


Delivery may take longer in the following circumstances:

  • Availability of one of your products may have changed upon order in which case we will notify you and try advise on an alternative or inform when the product can be expected.
  • Public holidays that fall within the delivery period.
  • It is a South African Bank Holiday.
Should you select the option for Pick up at Store, we will respond with the pick up location and the times available. It will be your responsibility to collect either yourself or to arrange your own courier to collect. We are based in Somerset West and Stellenbosch should you decide on this method.
